  1. IIt looks good but would I like it. I like meat and the potatoes were excellent

  2. Pumpkin and other kinds of squash are very low in calories – I think they must be mostly water and fiber. We often have acorn squash, which is quite similar to a small pumpkin. I season it with this mixture:Squash Seasoning Mix 1 tablespoon coriander powder1 tablespoon ground cinnamon2 teaspoons smoked paprika1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  3. That spice combination sounds a bit “sweet” to me. But thanks for the suggestion to create a seasoning mix. I’ll give some thought to that. doug
