Week 24 diet report – 25 kg and 55 lb milestones!
This was another good week, after a few “so-so” weeks.
It’s also been particularly good weather for cycling in the afternoon. And I’ve been continuing my resistance training indoors.
This week I lost 1.6 kg (3.5 lb). That brings my total weight loss to 25.2 kg – passing the 25 kg milestone. That’s 55.4 lbs lost so far.
That is a real achievement – well done!
