The fuel rods in the Fukushima No. 1 nuclear plant’s No. 3 reactor, including MOX, may be damaged, based on the highly radioactive water that injured two workers and exposed a third, the nuclear safety agency says.

‘Voluntary’ evacuation set for 20 to 30 km
Residents living between 20 and 30 km from the wrecked Fukushima nuclear plant are being urged to “voluntarily evacuate” amid difficulties in obtaining daily necessities and the possibility of further radiation leaks, Chief Cabinet Secretary Yukio Edano says.

  2. I think Tokyo is more or less ok, except for inconveniences. It would be nice if they resolved the nuclear power plant issue once and for all though.doug
