This was two good weeks in a row, weight-loss-wise. After losing 1.6 kg last week I thought it might be an aberration, but I continued to lose weight afterwards and since last week have lost another 1.4 kg (3.1 b) for a total loss after 35 weeks of exactly 31 kg (68 lb).
While I’m glad to have the weight drop off, after completely stalling in December, it does seem a bit odd to me to lose so much in such a short period of time. So I’m looking over my diet to make sure I’m eating enough overall.
Things going on at work and other pressures could be playing a role here.
Still, I’ll take the weight loss.
