Gym Day 5 – What would Dave do? — 1 Comment

  1. I mostly like the way I feel afterwards, not the exercise itself so much. Going to the gym every day could be a bit ambitious, once you have a routine down you might think about cutting back to 3 or 4 days a week and then doing something else active on the “no gym” days. I know it’s winter, and I don’t know if they have indoor shopping malls in Japan, but on rainy days when not up for running I sometimes instead go to a local mall and walk around briskly for an hour.
