That is somewhat reassuring, but two things bother me:I think it was written before the spent fuel rods in #4 became a critical issue. He doesn’t mention them at all. And secondly, I thought I had seen that the UK gov’t was also recommending a 50 mile radius?
You might be right about the timing. I think the UK government is just recommending following the Japanese government’s recommendations, but I’m not sure.doug
