  1. Sometimes it sucks to be wrong. And it usually sucks more to have it pointed out by “fresh blood.”I wish Hilary had gotten the nod, but she did not. Barack is not without his flaws, but his vision is a nice one. I’d rather a man with his vision (and little experience) take over than a man with McCain’s Vision take over. random bob, a.r.c. 2. Oh, I’ll probably end up voting for Obama over McCain as the lesser of two evils. But what does Obama really stand for? He seems to waver and change his mind on everything that people who supported him though he stood for: campaign finance reform, being against ISA… then came his strange support of things the like the Supreme Court decision overturning D.C.’s ban on handguns. And his willingness now to be in favor of offshore drilling. And he was never in favor of true universal health care like Hillary was.So forgive me if I am less than enthusiastic about him. :)doug

  3. Well you’ll be less enamored once you get wind of his latest flip-flop, my friend ;-)And I agree with you completely. My only thing is that, as bad as McCain could be (bush jr-jr), Obama will be a breath of fresh air. He’s not going to tackle things like we would like to have them tackled, but he’s on the right side of the fence; if he can be swayed, it’ll be more towards our direction of thinking than the opposite.Cheer up! Even if McCain wins, things can only get better! 😉
