Good grief! Maybe the IRS and Social Security, in cahoots, have discovered the quadratic formula for determining the additional monthly cost for Medicare Part B based on my MAGI for the previous year. Every time there is a 3% to 3.5% increase in the cost of living, my monthly Social Security payments go down for the coming year, like $49.40. With that kind of formula, who needs cost of living increases? Archibald
