Every 10 years, whether it needs it or not, I figured I should clean the floor in my bedroom.

I wanted to set up my new coil mattress! I haven’t had a proper mattress for 35 years now (just using futon) and I think I need better back support, so it was time. I got a new goza for the floor too.

Now I have to wait 24 hours for it to finish filling up with air. It was interesting how it suddenly expanded as soon as I took it out of the inner plastic bag. But the store (Nitori) said I should wait a full 24 hours before sleeping on it.

In the meantime I have to find sheets that fit it. I didn’t see anything good in my local store.
