Another earthquake just now – magnitude 5.8

With this one my house shook once for about two minutes, paused and then shook again for about a minute.

Since Friday I there have been several hundred earthquakes greater than magnitude 5.8. I’ve only been reporting on the ones I feel myself. The epicenter was in neighboring Chiba prefecture. (My house is on the far eastern side of Tokyo, 2 train stops from Chiba prefecture.)

Some trains and shinkansen have stopped… again.

  1. Doug, A little earthquake is not bad. Mimi and i have been in a few in Mexico but radiation is another problem. Be safe or come home. You always have a home here. Love Mimi and Muttle
