Sorry for a new milestone report so soon after my last one, but this is a major one for me. For the first time in my adult life I’m in the 160s! My weight this morning was 169.8 lb = exactly 77 kg.
I’ve lost a total of exactly 52 kg = 114.6 lb.
I’m technically just 1.6 kg = 3.5 lb from a “normal BMI.” Though my stomach still sticks out some. So I’ll probably need to lose more over time.
I’m eating whole food plant based (no intermittent fasting), and logging calories in and out in MyFitnessPal (streak day 2,865). My cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure, triglycerides, and all blood tests are normal.
