I could tell all week this was going to be an exceptionally good weigh-in because my daily weigh-ins were showing a noticeable weight loss each day.
I don’t know why though. I can’t think of anything in particular I was doing differently. Maybe it’s because the last few weeks were just “so so” losses and my body switched into another mode finally? I’m not sure.
I also felt infused with more energy this week. So maybe my exercise cycling runs had more punch to them. And I’ve increased my resistance training at home. All day long I feel like getting up and moving about.
This week I lost 1.8 kg (4 lb)! That’s a total loss of 23.2 kg and it means I passed a major milestone of losing more than 50 lb. It’s now a total of 51 lb lost.
