Vitacost customer support correspondence. Unbelievable.

Was this order really shipped? I’ve never had anything from the U.S. take this long.

Also, why does it say estimated delivery date of 9/22/2012 – 10/15/2012? When I bought the item it said 7-21 days. 21 days at the outside would be just 10/6/2012.

Can you please assist and let me know what happened.

Delivery time averages 7 to 30 days, depending on the destination. Your order shipped on 9/17/12, so if you don’t receive your delivery by 10/17/12, please check back with us so we can investigate.

International orders normally take about 25 days to arrive, but they can take up to 30 days.

When I placed the order it said 7-21 days.

Then on the notice it said it had been shipped it said delivery by the 15th, which is 9 days past 21 days. Was it not shipped when you said it was?

Now you are extending this window even longer to the 17th.

Surely you can see why this is not a satisfactory response.

  1. I placed and order on Feb.15th. And paid for 2 day shipping. My order was delivered today which is Feb. 24th which was 9 days. My order # is 902873788.
